A synapsid (group of creature) that is a member of the gorgonopsid (consists of a few genuses) family. Inostrancevia was the largest species in that family, and Inostrancevia may have had fur according of its placement in the family tree, as a stem-mammal. Many species, including this one, became extinct in the Permian Extinction which occurred around 250 million years before civilization. #Dinosaur
