"Cattles don't have dreams.."

Einosuke Mido (御堂 英之助, Midō Einosuke) is the secondary antagonist of Kamen Rider Amazons: The Last Judgement who transforms into Kamen Rider Amazon Neo Alpha (仮面ライダーアマゾンネオアルファ, Kamen Raidā Amazon Neo Arufa).

He served as an administrator at the orphanage who offers Haruka and Mizuki Mizusawa a home after they were hunted by 4C. It is later revealed that he is actually a biologist and the director of Kiriko Seien (切子聖園, Kiriko Seien), an orphanage established by 4C to raise the Domesticated Amazons created from other Amazon's blood, as food for humans. It was revealed to Haruka that Jin Takayama was held captive to make Amazon offsprings from his blood. Later, towards the end, Mido finds Jin and fights. As the fight ends, Mido attempt to kill Jin, but Jin cuts his right arm and kills him.

He uses the Militant Amazons Register armlet to transform into Kamen Rider Amazon Neo Alpha, and the Neo Amazons Driver belt is used to produce weapons and perform finishing moves.

Using the Militant Amazons Register and Neo Amazons Driver allows Einosuke Mido to transform into Amazon Neo Alpha. This form is similar to Amazon Alpha's default form and allows Einosuke to be fully in control of himself.

Neo Alpha's finisher is an unnamed attack where he unleashes a barrage of shots from the chain gun part of the Neo Alpha Sweeper before slashing the opponent with the chainsaw part.

Neo Alpha Sweeper (ネオアルファスイーパー, Neo Arufa Suīpā) is the special weapon of Kamen Rider Amazon Neo Alpha. The right arm is altered by re-injecting a chemical solution from the Amazons Injector.

It consists of a gatling Sweep Gun (スイープガン, Suīpugan) that fires 6,600 Amazon Cell Bullets (アマゾン細胞弾, Amazon Saibō-dan) per minute and a chainsaw Sweep Saw (スイープソー, Suīpu Sō) that cuts through ordinary Amazons with ease, allowing it to shoot and slash at the same time without re-injecting the solution. It demonstrates versatility regardless of the distance.
