I used ChaoticThunder's Dragon Base(Linked here-> http://sticknodes.com/download/packs/Dragon-Base-Pack.zip) to make my own dragon
it has movable tongue,its green thing on the neck stretches with smart stretch,and you can move its eyes! also added a poison tip to the tail!

Honestly he is just roaring,and the green sack on his neck is an Poison Holding Organ, that holds poisons,acids,and can take poisons from other creatures/Poison-containers and put it inside of said organ and mix it or keep the poison separate(Sorry I forgot to put it in description lord Ralph)
