New design and everything! Backstory: Kuro was drafted into a secret assassin organization because of his "special mark" which lets him control lightning and thunder.

After being loyal for three years the empire and his home was attacked and later fell into enemy control. The citizens of the city were spared but were left to die without food or water. Kuro would only hear about the attack while he was away. When Kuro returned he was blamed by the clan saying it was hs fault because of the Devils curse on his arm.

Something Awakened inside of him making him stronger and filled with hate. Kuro in a blind rage exterminated his clan and the urge to kill grew stronger. Kuro

After realizing what he did the hate and anger left him and he sat and stared at the bodies of his former family and friends. The cursed mark dissappeared later and kuro was known as the blue devil because of his blue hair,sword, and lightning that appears he uses as a weapon every now and then. Nobody would dare mess with him other than the Clan that burned down his home and the A.O.T.E (Assassins of the emperor) He uses a sword pretty well, but he hates guns seeing them as an unnecessarily loud weapon.

He can keep his cool easily but will become stressed if under too much pressure. Moves pretty fast but he can get tired quickly because of fast he moves.
