These Two People Were taken by a Lab for A Testing they were there for Years And One day The lab took it to the Max and fused them togheter But A few Years Before Micheal was Training and beat up from alot Of Beating up And Then a Lab Subject drew him into a Room with Only fire He saw a D.N.A implant and put it in himself turning his Arm into fire While Joe His best friend was thrown into a frozen room and froze Micheal Burned him And Joe still had his Arm Frozen..

Well A few years later after training of their powers The lab decided to put them into a Testing tube to put there minds together when there minds were put together there bodies were to Half was Micheal's power and other other was Joe's well after more training something happened and the lab was shut down they are wanted by a group of people named " The Fixed world's orgin " there goal is to Capture , use then lastly Kill the person with powers Hry want to rid the world of these people they call " Freaks " and fix it they want
to make people not use these " Freaks " and do stuff for their self
