Kyle is an NBC Elite (With a custom made shoulder that says "No" instead of NBC.) When he was 12, he got lost at an amusement park. Then he kinda just builte himself up until 14, when someone took him into their family. He was still very self reliant. He grew up average, until he decided to enroll in the NBC Forces. He was an amazing soldier that managed to prosper, in which is why he is now an Elite, along with Centinel.

PL Team Slave OwnerGreat stuff. You kinda get the idea that his parents were pretty bad in this guys story. Just leaving him behind. I like it. You have a set personality. I will probably use him. Just the feet have some issues. Maybe add some wrinkles to the parts that are supposed to be fabric to make it look better and more imaginable in real life.
