The megaphilosophis pravious is not related to anything we know today. they evolved completely independent from all other life as we know it. a massive genus of flyers, often known in the household as "meggies"

Are they related to diroto’s
no. dirotos exists on a gravitationally stretched water world with a star for a core at the edge of the forever expanding universe. chondrihexapods exists on earth(fictional obviously)
Oh, I see
So what are they related to
(I just wrote a massive response and Google deleted it. bruh. I’ll keep it short this time) they are part of the superclass chondrihexapoda however they evolved lots of distinct features(like compound eyes, a very unique beak, 6 limbs and antennae instead of ears)which came to be the most basic defining characteristics that would lead to the chondrihexapods’ success. however they started appearing in noticeable numbers in the devonian which meant they were quite late to diversification party so they took other, less appetizing niches(like eating prehistoric starfish relatives) this is how they were able to go on for so long all the way to the cenozoic but died out due to competition with the new (EXTREMELY PRIMITIVE) viscous mammals. due to chondrihexapods method of ensuring survivability, they were more able to evolve more or less on their own accord which is why they look so personable, their so personable in fact they’ve personalized themselves!
Ok, also can you make it’s ancestors and relatives and add them, i don’t know what they are or what they look like, besides the description on the relations in the family tree that is.
Another question, what is the gender dimorphism between species
males are 1.1 tonnes, have complex multi colored wings(white on top, pink on bottom), and has a very “boxy” head shape. females are 3.6 tonnes, have simpler “pterasaur-like” wings with a more monochromatic color scheme, has extra features protruding from the base of the tail, and has a more geometrically complex “arrow head wheelbarrow” shaped head and smaller antennae. due to the wide variety of features that can differ between genders they can have anomalies in the genetic code called “gendered hybrids” this means that simply males can have features from females and vice versa.(oh and also males inject the eggs into the female and she fertilize the eggs)
Are you going to make it’s relatives, it’s ancestors and the female variant soon?
yes to both but for the ancestors part I have several designs for a couple of fish and even some post c-t extinction designs but however whatever I have now will probably be remade and for the female m. pravious I will likely start from scratch(currently she is in the early mechanics stage)
Ok
Also what is this c.t extinction?
I looked up what the post cretaceous period extinction event was called nowadays and that’s what Google spat out
Ok I see now, when are you doing the ancestors and female?
I will get done with my current projects then I will start work on the female
(Baldwin t1 75%. tarbosaurus bataar 65%. otodus megalodon v4 25%.)
The wing design is very complex so might be a challenge for me, a beginner animator, to animate the wings thanks to the many joints and nodes.
Also will the diroto ancestors and female be made or is the diroto all female?
diroto(di-row-to) have genders and the large one is female(the one previously depicted) the female weighs 130 metric tonnes and the male weighs 7 metric tonnes. the ancestors will not be made as there is only so much evolutionary work my two brain cells can allocate nuclear cardio towards
Oh.
Are males just smaller versions?
no. as stated above, females heads are like wheelbarrow in shape(just upside down). and have eyes with a focal point like a mantis shrimp and have more pterasaur-like wings with a small additive wing on the base of tail which because of the location of the hind legs the additive wings look more like they’re coming out of the bum
I meant male dirotos.
Are male dirotos just smaller versions?
no. male dirotos are have no claws, nor really any way of protecting themselves, they lack color. have a small neck, and even smaller head and giant eyes. you can kind of think of them like male angler fish
Ok I see, do male dirotos mate like anglerfish?
dirotos do mate similarly to anglerfish. they become one, they fuse.
Got it.
