Mexica-zilla, o también conocido como "Mexazilla", es un titán alfa que habita en el Golfo de México y es el titán más poderoso registrado por la Organización Global de Biotitanes Terrestres.
Su nombre es un juego de palabras entre "Mexica" y "zilla",
Dándole ese nombre característico, aunque también viene de las leguas indígenas de las culturas mesoamericanas.
Su aliento atómico color verde alcanza los 20,000 °C, y cómo máximo llega a alcanzar los 500,000 a 1,000,000 °C, siendo un aliento muy caliente.
También cuenta con un pulso Termonuclear demasiado potente para calcinar edificios en cenizas, y con un radio de 5 kilometros de distancia.
Su primer avistamiento registrado fue en la ciudad de Mérida en Yucatán en el año 1944, donde casi la ciudad desaparecía debido a que Mexica-zilla iba a hacer una explosión Termonuclear que destruiría la ciudad de Mérida y la radiación se iba a expander a estados cercanos como Campeche y Quintana Roo, la explosión no ocurrió por razones desconocidas y finalmente se retiró.
En conclusión: Mexica-zilla es un titán demasiado grande y poderoso que llega a ser memorable, pero si la Organización Global de Biotitanes Terrestres no lo controla correctamente, puede llegar a ser un peligro para la raza humana.
