MTF Alpha-1, codenamed "Red Right Hand" is a highly trained task force working directly under the Overseer Council; the most powerful people in the world.

They are one of, if not the most secretive task force in the foundation. Most of their operations are highly classified. There's one thing you can assume, though: if the council doesn't like you, you may receive a visit from them.

Includes a Medical Unit, Heavy Unit, and Assault Unit.
