Ralph does them from time to time cause people want their stickfigures on their site – yet if he would allow the less-original creations, then people would need to scroll 2 pages to find other stuff 😐
Not to mention, not many people actually look for someone’s oc’s sticks. You can see that for example by Ramox’s reaction

Basically people would get annoyed to go through 10-15 sticks they don’t pay attention to find other sticks they might find useful.

They probably don’t have any backstories. I’ll bet you that at least 95% of these just have “This is my RHG” As the description before they got thrown into this pack.
