Neco-Arc is a small, cat-like parody of the Tsukihime character Arcueid Brunestud, appearing as a boss and mascot for the Type-Moon franchise. Known for being a chaotic and powerful character in the Melty Blood fighting game series, she uses abilities like laser eyes and fire breath, and sometimes has her own unique game mechanics like "streamer mode".
