Criminal Chillecko:

Chillecko joined the thugs in the prison and becomed evil because he thought his brother left him in jail. His markings disappeared and he had new abilities such as controlling the air movement,the ability to create water with his hands, creating ice walls that blocks fire, and he can also create his very own Naginata that is made of sharp and strong ice that can generate unlimited cold water which is fire's greatest disadvantage.

He also has his fireproof shoes and pants for stepping in hot platforms or floors.
