Had this idea for awhile and decided to finish it.

The murderer was an average teen named terrence, one day he was invited to a party with his friends. The party was going fine at first...that is until he showed up. A genocidal psychopath caused an explosion also causing a fire killing almost everyone except for Terrence and one of his friends named sheila, who was dying from scraps of metal in her chest. Before she died, Sheila gave Terrence a mask that would grant him immortality. Before she died Terrence promised Sheila that he would kill whoever did this, with her dying breath, Sheila uttered a soft, quiet thank you. To this day, Terrence has been known as an urban legend named "The Dead Man Walking" and kills all criminals, murderers, and psychpaths. this is what people who have encountered him and survived see him as.
