So here it is.
My own oc.

Abilities:

Shoot plasma bullets.
Dash at 9 feet.
Teleport (Recharge 5 min. can teleport with people holding him but if it's 8-10 people he will get drained no powers , will recharge for 35 sec. but if more than 10 he will rest for a while)
High Jump.
Plasma grenade.
Invisiblility (recharge 5 min. unable to move his legs but he can still be touched)
And Plasma Beam.
