Pokeball
A device to catch a Pokemon. it is activated by throwing at the Pokemon which it turns into a sort of energy which it stores within the ball. the ball will rotate 3 times before making a cracking sound, indecating a successful capture. the rolling is caused by the Pokemon within struggling to escape, which it can between one of these rotations. while a low level Pokemon like Weedle or Bidoof may be captured instantly without the need for weakening tophe Pokemon first, other more powerful Pokemon like Gabite or even a Legendary like Uxie.
Greatball
A Greatball with a greater catch rate over a regular Pokeball. not much is to be said of this ball aside from the fact you'll be ignoring it the second UltraBalls are in stock at the Pokemart
Masterball
The Ultimate Pokeball. though you can get only 1 or 2 per game, the Master Ball is valued greatly for it's incredible 100% catch rate, even a Legendary like MewTwo or Arceus will be caught instantly with one of these!
Timberball
This fancy Pokeball is designed for long, drawn out battles. the Timerball is designed to improve it's catch rate the longer the battle goes on, improving each turn. this ability renders it a very useful asset for those hunting down tougher Pokemon or even Legendaries.
Premierball
A somewhat unique Pokeball. it has the exact same catch rate as an average Poleball which indecates it is a sort of celebratory Pokeball. it can obtained by buying 10 Pokeballs, Greatballs or Ultraballs at a store.

Actually, that isn’t correct. Legendaries are hard to catch, and are usually very powerful. Mythicals are also hard to catch, sometimes powerful, and are a lot more rare.
