_- I HATE typing. welp. here goes. this is a man who as a kid saw his parents murdered by a rouge cop.
he went crazy on the cop that killed his parents and grew up on the streets. one day he found an abandoned lab. he fixed it up and started experimenting on people.

first he made a special suit of armor with an attached exoskeleton to control those he captured. then he made a couple different mask veriations to hide the faces of his puppets. after a couple years he was discovered and he had to hide his face every time he left his lab.

weeks after he was found out he made a small chip that made the victems mindless. and anything that he says they do but they are voice activated and only listen to what he says. he is a cruel person but not evil. he wants to take down the government. he cares about his work. he loves to fight. he is deadly smart. he is fast enough to dodge a light beam. he is a master in all forms of martial arts. he can use any kind of weapon easily. he can knock a train off the tracks with one finger. but if he is hit, he can only take a bullets worth of damage at a time, he is easily injured.
