On one interesting and supplementary day, Delta Chronos sent Raid Lock to the Pokemon World with the Shuriken Of Replication (S.O.R.), a device that can duplicate anything with the same exact materials, and he duplicated the Creation Trio (Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina) and the Weather Trio (Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza). He felt complete.

But the hunger was still there. In that day he traveled to the Ben10 universe and used the S.O.R. to duplicate every single Omnitrix Ben has every used. He went to the Marvel universe and used S.O.R. to duplicate the Carnage symbiote and finally, he went to the Forge of Creation, and sampled DNA from the Celestialsapiens giving him his most powerful form.

Raid Lock, one of the 8 beings of creation, set off making his own universe and calling it home. He rules for eternity and named that universe after Delta Chronos and protects his universe from threats like Conqenom.
