I like the fact that no single human knows how a dinosaur would actually look like

"You have to fight. If you don't fight, you can't win."

Fortunately for you, my fine fellow, that is incorrect.

We have several specimens that show how these creatures could look, even down to skin texture and colorations.

Edmontosaurus mummies have been found, even capable of showing us organs and that they actually had hooves on their forelimbs.

Psittacosaurus, an ancient relative to Triceratops, have been found extremely well preserved, even showing that they had quill like featherings on their tails and a brownish main body with darker brown or black marking on the upper portions of their body.

Sinosauropteryx was a relative of the Compy, was feathered, and was colored very similar to Red Panda’s, even the banding on the tail.

And more discoveries like that are made every day.

i’ll add more
-microraptor, anchiornis, and archaeopteryx’s colors have been found with archaeopteryx being uniform black, microraptor being iridescent black, and anchiornis looking similar to a woodpecker
-mosasaurs, ichthyosaurs, etc, are all sticking to the usual countershading when sticking to the water, however more like a dolphin’s varied countershading then just grey and white
