For one, he can run at the speed of sound. Not light, S O U N D. Two, his agility basically goes with the fact that he runs at the speed of sound. Three, that stone hand can do a number on you. It’ll do way more than a nose bleed. Maybe even crack your skull. He also has a sword just in case anything goes wrong. Four, that hand isn’t to block, but in such occasions, he can use it to reflect his enemy back. It won’t do much but yeah. Five, NO HE DOES NOT HEAL.
