A parasite that reaches 20 centimetres in length.
They crawl into your food and sleep there till they get eaten.
they can survive stomach acid and then go into your anus and stay and rest there.

Day 1 to 3, you are normal for the first three days.
Day 5 to 9, you start to have diahrea (I have a feeling I spelled that wrong)
Day 10 to 18, you crap out blood.
The worm die but lays eggs while dead. The rectal worm has no gender and can lay eggs without getting layed.
Day 19 to 28, you crap out the 8492 1mm eggs and the worm.
Day 29, you dont crap anything.
Day 30, you crap out so much blood that you die of blood loss.
