This monster Hybrid is a weapon created by Henry Wu. It is the fusion of Velociraptor D.N.A. and The Indominus Rex. It is quoted
"The most dangerous creature to ever walk the Earth!" Killed by Blue, and fell onto a Triceratops skull and was gored through by the horns.

Though that indoraptor wasn't made with Blue's D.N.A. Imagine if it was. Blue Is the smartest dinosaur in the franchise.
