Sarah Henderson, otherwise known as Needlem0use, is an character created by ShutUpJoJo, serving as the main antagonist of the Needlem0use analog horror web series, a story based on Sonic.exe. The soul of a young girl killed in a bar fight, Sarah's soul was stuck in a beta compilation of the Sonic the Hedgehog series. With her death replaying on loop as another entity.
