This is Saturkè Uchiha, son of Itachi Uchiha.
He isnt really his son by birth, but while he was being born, someone transferred Itachi's DNA molecules to the baby, they later took the baby away from the real mother, and transported the baby to Sasuke Uchiha, they send it to his "uncle" because Itachi is dead and cannot take care of the baby, but Saturkè grows very strong, and achieves his dream in becoming Hokage, as he is intelligent in the battle field.
Sasuke trains him along with Boruto, and Sasuke teaches Saturkè the Sharingan before he gets enrolled into the Academy.

You can’t be “taught” the sharingan, that’s not how the sharingan works
So lemme explain how Sasuke “taught” Saturke the Sharingan
When saturke was little,he asked Sasuke to teach him the sharingan, but Sasuke said maybe next time, but while they were training one time, Sasuke kept saying he was weak and lacking, and saturke got pissed, so he tried harder, and Sasuke insulted him by saying “So this is the future Hokage’s power? Pathetic.”
And saturke got really upset. And u unlock sharingan by intense emotion, and so Saturke unlocks it, and KINDA beats up Sasuke, and after that, Sasuke told him that “I insulted you because the sharingan is unlocked by intense emotions bla bla bla (He didn’t say that) and you showed anger, and that’s how you got it, congrats, and also, I didn’t mean any of those insults.” And he walked away, and so, Sasuke basically taught him sharingan
what Justu do he have
But you can’t teach somebody the sharingan , you are born with it, the uchiha have it in their blood line
He technically taught him but he didn’t actually teach him
