The animation is just better and more realistic,
But its really slow and the A.I is either super dumb or hard or just ovepowered
What i hate about SF 3 is, the enemies have super cool moves, and you’re stuck with wrestling
And i agree, SF 2 enemies are weak. I can beat an insane difficulty like it was hard difficulty. In SF 3, the enemies are Kung Fu Wa Chu so much, it’s actually hard even on normal
