Shädmølãth is a hideous beast, with the skull of a human, a mane of gore and guts, and 8 arms, each reaching out of the beast's fleshy body, each hand with a single red eye fused into the palm of the hand.

The blood from this monster is corrosive to most man-made objects.

Cults have spread all over the world to worship this beast, many of it's followers have attempted to summon the beast, but the task is nearly impossible to complete.

It takes a powerful holy object to kill this beast.
