lmao ok, 1st having all jutsus isnt possible for exaple that buuji mode, that comes from kurama and ONLY naruto has kurama in him. another example sharingan, that can only be used by a uchiha and your chracter isssssss, a uzumaki….. bayakugan, any tailed beast form, summoning jutsus (can only have one), etc

Listen here, bud. You can’t call this fan made if you didn’t even write him a power level, or power list. Not to mention this is just a Naruto recolor. With only minor editing I can turn this from shinamaru to naruto. You also didn’t write him a backstory, thus making him a poorly written character, with poorly written characters, and a poorly made appearance.
This stuff is impossible you can’t have EVERY Jutsu you would already be stuck at the sharingan since u r Uzumaki you can’t get the enternal mangekyou and even if you would inplant it you wouldn’t have acces to its power
But he can inplant byakugan cause it has no stages, only. Stage called the byakugan. And he doesnt have talk no jutsu, fireball jutsu cause its not uchiha and also he cant have bijuu/kyuubi mode cause only naruto and minato have kurama which gives chakra.
