The Galactic Institute favour these sleek starships as they suit their means of both stealthy infiltrations and intense space battles (which are silent because it's in space so no "KABOOOM" or "BAZOOOOWWW" because there is no sound in space). this design is give a set of four wings simply due to aesthetic but the thinness of each as well as the slim body of the ship is to allow the ship to be hit by less projectile.

At the front is a deployable landing strut. the nose features a set of plasma repeaters and the underside of the bottom wings have atomic missile pods for taking down larger ships.
