To what I know Star Platinum never reached “Over Heaven”. People who usually make jojo based games (like on Roblox) they like to add Star Platinum Over Heaven. In the game EoH Star Platinum could use the powers of an Over Heaven rewriting reality. The pack is nice, but Star Platinum never really reached “Over Heaven”.
