Starmie is a water/psychic type pokemon introduced in gen 1. I once had a Starmie named Armie in my emerald game and it wrecked in battles.

Starmies are absolute beasts with above average speed and a very diverse movepool. It is the ultimate killer starfish that covers a wide range of types.

Not to mention it has one of the best STAB combos for special sweepers. It even has good defense, starmie only has a few pokemon to fear.
