If you played the game Streets of Rage, you know who these are.

But for those of you who haven't played the game, let me tell you.
The blonde dude is Axel Stone. The kid on skates is Eddie A.K.A. Skate.

They are vigilantes who fight crime in the city and their main goal is to defeat Mr. X, the man who is the reason for the crime going on in the city. If you haven't played Streets of Rage, you're missing out.
