Remake of my sudowoodo figure. Sudowoodo is a rock type pokemon introduced in gen 2. To avoid enemies it mimics a tree but will fight if you pour water on it.

Fun fact: sudo is supposed to be pseudo, which means fake, and woodo is supposed to be wood, so his name is fake wood, that’s why he’s not a grass type

Actually, Ralph, lava wouldn’t do much to Sudowoodo. It’s a Rock type, so it resists Fire.

I don’t know a thing about Pokemon, but this goes like this, base on my previous games played:
“Lava” is a mixture of “Rock” and “Fire”.
A Sudowoodo is a “Rock” type.
So based here, they are either equal or Lava is above. It depends, cause i don’t know how elements work on Pokemon.
I know pokemon is weird like how does psychic beat poison or how does bug beat dark. But lava and magma in pokemon have been associated with ground type moves like earth power ever since pokemon decided to make groudon a ground type. Even so there is still magcargo that keeps the molten rock idea. Anyway gameplay wise earth power is a ground type move so it would be super effective on sudowoodo. So my generalization is that pokemon just ignores real logic.

Although Bug might beat Dark cause they don’t have a fear factor?
Psychic beating Poison does not make sense though.

Silly me what I meant are pokemon based on lava/magma not the types, they are usually fire ground or rock types. Pokemon is great for a beginner rpg. black/white 2, heartgold/soul silver and emerald version are my favorites. If you have the money you can get ulta sun/moon which is the latest which I haven’t played. pokemon is one of my favorite game series along side mega man and super mario.
