This is Teruma, he is a leaf shinobi, he is also the son of Mitsuki, he is good with Kikuno.

He was suspended from going on missions because he didnt follow his sensei's orders instead he did his own thing, leading them to failure on the mission.

After he confronted the Hokage for the suspension he made an attack on the village, and since he is one of the strongest genin the others couldnt stop him. Except Mistuki, Boruto and Sarada. But after that he was arrested, and later bailed out by Orochimaru, his grandfather.

But after that hes been determined to become Hokage
(And he never does lol)

But he continues to work hard and yeah.
