A general of the us in the year 3245 goes back in time using expirimental timt traveling devices that use the time bending abilities of an enclosed black hole.

Everything goes south and he ends up landing in the year 905 where he teaches people about technology which they think is magic so some believed him to be a god some a sorcerer those who worshiped him created a distopian city in the desserts of africa where he know rules over distopia (niger,chad and nigeria).
