The PANZERKAMPFWAGEN VI TIGER I tank was developed in some haste in 1941. It was designed to combat the Russian KV-1, and was first used in the fall of 1942. It was so impressive that it tended to dominate the enemy whenever it appeared. The Tiger I represented a new approach that emphasized firepower and armor at the expense of mobility, but this was not critical as it could knock out most Allied tanks while remaining outside the range of their guns.

No it’s not your car Ralph, it’s very slow and the gun would knock out buildings when you turn
Also btw it wasn’t made to combat the kv 1, it became a prototype in 1938 I think. It was made to replaced the panzer 4
And even before the war started it got into design. It was requested in 1938 and designed and started production in 1941-1942 till the end of the war
