You probably heard of this, but if you haven't, I guess I'll tell you.
The U-boat is a German submarine that was used in WWI and WWII. At first, the U-boat seemed to be unstopable, but then a new weapon was made called, the Depth Charge.
A depth charge is a bomb that at a set depth it will explode. Usually, the depth charge doesn't completely destroy the U-boat, but causes very important stuff inside the U-boat to either stop working or get severely damaged.
When something like that happens, the U-boat is forced to resurface, making it vulnerable to the enemy. I hope you like it, or you just read the description.
