are Wendigo’s like Bigfeets (aka it’s a common legend) because I thought it was just specific to Until Dawn

but these ain’t look like the Until Dawn ones

It’s like I said in the description. Wendigos originated in African American legend, and, like Bigfoot, there have been countless sightings of them. Believe me, they are NOT excluive or made-up by Until Dawn.

Sounds an awful lot like Crypt TV’s Mordeo.

Looks more like it then a wendigo, too.

Mordeo is BASED off of Wendigo’s. It’s pretty obvious.

True, but I couldn’t find anything that says something about a specific forest in relation to the Wendigo. It still looks more like Mordeo, though.

Once again, Mordeo is based heavily on a Wendigo.

Wendigos usually have deerlike skulls with sharp teeth, dawning antlers as well. They’re tall and lanky, and you can sometimes see their bones. They’re spawned from cannibalism, and have an eternal desire for human flesh.

I just descibed a common Wendigo, and as you can tell, Mordeo is basically just a Wendigo with a different name.

I’ve always loved wendigos, scary movies, legends, and creepy stuff in general so I’m going to use this a lot! Mainly for Easter eggs in my series though (like in the background of a forest scene)
