Another updated marine.

Added some changes such as a better helmet, M2 jungle first aid pouch to replace the butt pack which was incorrect, and fixed the mag pouches and fixed the XM16E1 to be more accurate (M16s base is NSN's M4). I also used the base from GamerX's WW2 pack.
