It waits and stalks and watches groups of people that are bullies, criminals, bad people. he is approximately is 10'5 ft or (insert metres here) its powers are able to control others sanity can grow extra arms whenever camouflage 2x strength (but he is very slow) 3x durability (he has weakspots) tentacles with teeth grab people behind him so he cant be sneaked up on he can set traps by detaching teeth and letting them fall on the ground forming a mouth where the tooth fell.
