Cool app are there some dragon stick figures?
There are none, just some dinosaurs at the moment. Make a dragon one and submit it to be AWESOME.
I can’t I don’t know how I’m a newbie
I made a Dragon!
Guys why not add even more Segments like a square or a tool! might be a fill bucket to fillsquares made of segments…yeah also what about more updates for ios also android.and why does it take more time to update ios than android?
Well there’s no “square” tool, but there is a segment without rounded edges that you can easily make into a square.
Also, no fill tools since that’s not how the app works, that’s for more of a “paint”-type program.
And the reason iOS takes longer for updates is due to the review process that Apple requires. Unlike Android, I need to submit my update for approval by Apple before it can go live. They get around to it whenever they feel like it, and it can take upwards of 5, 6, or 7+ days.
Yes. That is correct.
You’re still here?
Yes, monitoring all of your.. shall we say.. comments?
Ha, you added the fill tool anyways, lol
How do we put a background on 1 frame only? On my project or animation my character at the end runs out of the screen then it has a pic of that’s all folks from looney tones and I want it one- two slides to make it more fun Thant the real thing and how do we make it from looping like on vine? It’s so annoying!!!!
Hey.
To put a background on one frame, you’d have to first load the background with the “Load background image” button.
After, every frame you DON’T want to have the background, you’d need to check the “Do not use BG image” checkbox under “Frame Tools”.
Then, in your case, the last frames in the animation would have that checkbox UNchecked, so the background would be visible.
What do you mean by iTunes cuz I’m on iOS and I can’t figure out how to get more people p.s see what I did there……. Figure
Well, you know, iTunes. It’s kind of a big program.
Here, check out the FAQ here, it puts it in different wording maybe it will help you understand better: https://sticknodes.com/faqs/#downloading
Could you please do a video tutorial on it
I’m having some trouble with my app freezing when I try to export as MP4. I’m on an iPad FYI and it would be greatly appreciated If you told me a way to upload these to YouTube.
Well first, to upload to Youtube they need to be a video. So exporting an MP4 would be the way to go. If not, you’ll have to export the GIF and convert it to a video format with another app/program.
Now, is the app actually freezing when you’re exporting the MP4 or is it just taking a while? You may have to wait a good few minutes for it to finish, upwards of even 15 minutes or more. It depends completely on how many frames you have, what dimensions you’re exporting it at, and if you’re using a background image.
Exporting stuff can take a while, I know. I’d like to do something about it, but it’s just the limitations of mobile devices.
It’s literally freezing. Like, I have to press the home button to escape. Pressing cancel does nothing. The app just acts like a still picture. I’m not using a background Image and my animation is 1018 frames long. (Tweeting included.)
I thought I could just screen record my iPad and then crop it down in Sony vegas. But in all I would love some way to have special effect like actions like explosions and such and to directly send it to a computer. Nothing too important. Just a suggestion.
Wow, 1000+ frames is a lot. Plus tweening. That makes it a 3,000 frame animation.
I don’t think it’s freezing, but is instead just taking a very long time. I know someone else has a very long animation they uploaded to AnimationAlpha and they told me they just left their iPad for something like 30 minutes.
It stinks, I know. The best way to speed up the process is to lower the dimensions of the exported animation when you begin exporting it.
Are you working on any updates
