Why when I save is 1280x720p which when uploaded to youtube only 360p
if you export at 720 height, then the file is 720 definitely
maybe youtube needs to process it (takes a few minutes) or somewhere between exporting -> Youtube the file got converted to mov (I know iOS does this, and sometimes affects the quality)
Download this app called Puffin Web Browser on your ios/android device. Its a flash browser so you can simulate a pc upload from your mobile. This is because ios simply wont upload these things in 720p.

I know how to upload without glitches and stuffs
glitches?
export at a higher resolution for better quality
use the non-old method for best quality
if you have a very old device, the new method won’t work, and the old mp4 export method doesn’t look as good
