Alright so I’m doing a walking animation and I’ve seen your video but I still cannot get it right
that’s where practice comes in, walking isn’t as hard as people make it
this is a bit exaggerated, but the basic idea:

the best method is to first make the KEY frames (in the image above, that is the first frame, the middle frame, then the last frame)
after you make the keyframes, go back and add the in-between frames using the two keyframes as a guide (onion skin)
use this method for nearly all movements, so you’re not just animating with no “goal”, you should always be animating towards an “end pose” that is already made
