Rouxian Arctic Hideout Background by Epitaph, Rouxian-Arctic-Hideout-Background.nodes (11866) - Aside from The Outskirts and Desert North, the Arctic Southern region of Utopia is one of the largest areas in the Utopian world. in order to make sure no one can sneak past and reach the Fortress, Roux has had these little outposts be built and dotted around the realm.
Each of these outposts are kitted with radio comms, WiFi, automatic alarms, ammunition and weapons and of course some complementary magazines to stop them getting bored and abandoning their post.

Rouxian Windmill by Epitaph, Rouxian-Windmill.nodes (4361) - You wouldn't really expect the villains to be eco-friendly.
One of the ways the Rouxian's keep their lights on is through wind power by the means of these windmills. personally, Roux is very keen on them as they act as a way to show where the Rouxians have power without having to station guards or build time consuming towers.
