Aside from The Outskirts and Desert North, the Arctic Southern region of Utopia is one of the largest areas in the Utopian world. in order to make sure no one can sneak past and reach the Fortress, Roux has had these little outposts be built and dotted around the realm.
Each of these outposts are kitted with radio comms, WiFi, automatic alarms, ammunition and weapons and of course some complementary magazines to stop them getting bored and abandoning their post.

Cool but, why would they have open areas, should’nt there be fake snow (or a wall) blocking it so the wires don’t freeze over or anything like that?
Idk… Because the wires is soo advanced that it cannot freeze?
1) the wires have a nice, thick rubber coat, they’ll be heated by the electricity ruuning through it, insulating the rubber.
2) it’s only an outpost. It isn’t designed for anything too intense. They could always grab a snow textured rag and swoosh it over when need be.
