A vehicle that launches vertically, and can twist its thrusters to aim backwards allowing it to move like a plane, it can also move UNDERWATER by twisting the thrusters on top and then switching to the secondary engines, allowing to act like a sub.
It has ion bombs and a powerful machinegun cannon on each side, and a back gunner for defence.

Lemme explain, the thrusters are d downward like an arm, so thats also the landing gear already, then once in air, it twists the thrusters to aim it to the rear then bla bla bla
