This is Felix Zevatrix, the first wielder of the Zevatrix.
He has vague memories of his past life but has still remembered how to activate his abilities. The only reason he looks like a cat on two legs is because as the Earth was getting punched in the face by the asteroid, his body was destroyed in the process.
So some "things" experimented on his soul and tried making a body to transport his soul into it. Well, that is all what Felix remembers.

Quick question. Is there a way to delete this stick figure because, it’s looking as ugly as s**t. Honestly, it really does look like a giraffe, with a short neck. So far, Miles has the most downloads and this has 48 right now. AND IT DESERVES THAT AMOUNT. I mean, look at it! Miles was waaaaaaaaaaaay better.
