Super Strength, Super Speed, Telepathy…

These powers can be derived from magic, but they don’t have to be.

Super speed and strength are indeed non magical at times but telepathy is still magic considering it’s a psychic related thing which is still magic.

Epitaph does not posess any abilities that are non magic related. Speed boosts are magic, strength is magic, HIS BODY IS MADE OF MAGIC

Exept for the part where Epitaph’s main part is creation, as in he creates things. He can summon platforms, he can even alter the room. Then of course he can summon his Glaive and then use his non-offensive magic to overwhelm his opponent(s)

1.) Can/does he create users?
2.) Users are us, right? Do RHGs count as “users?”

About your body thing, Epitaph. Your body is made of magic, while Kaiju’s is made of enchanted, flexible metal that can resists electricity, fire, and can’t rust. And of course, Kaiju doesn’t even have nostrils or lungs, so he can’t drown or anything.
