The Grand Army had a rank structure for the Clone Troopers, these were :

Trooper, the basic rank for most Clone Troopers, they were part of squads.

Corporal, another basic rank a trooper can achieve, corporals were 2nd in command of squads.

Sergeant, This was a rank a Clone can achieve, sergeants had authoritiy over their clones in his squad which had 9 clones, they were notable for their green markings.

Sergeant Major, another rank a clone can achieve, they are the same as Sergeants but they have authority over them.

Lieutenant, if a clone had this rank, they would command a platoon, which was made up of 4 squads, which made up about 41 clones, they were notable for their blue markings.

2nd Lieutenant, not much i know about this rank but they were lower then a lieutenant.

Captain, clones who held this rank can command a company, which was made up of 4 platoons making up about 144 clones, they were notable for their red markings.

Major, a rank similar to captain but higher, they could also lead a battalion.

Battalion Commander, a battalion commander can lead battalions, which was made up of 4 companies making about 576 clones, commanders were notable for their yellow markings.

Regimental Commander, a regimental commander would command a regiment, which was made up of 4 battalions making about 2,304 clones.

Senior Commander, senior commanders were 2nd in command for legion, first in command for a legion was a jedi general, legions were made up of 4 regiments making about 9,216 clones.

Marshal Commander, this was the highest rank a clone can ahieve, marhal commanders were put in command of a corps, which was made up about 4 legions, making about 36,864 clones.

There were so far 4 clone marshal commanders in the army, Bacara, Bly, Cody and Neyo.
