The TCS-MK2 is the extended upgraded version of Rylo's TCS-MK1 armor, with the features of having more armor on his limbs to better protect himself from gunfire, getting a backpack that can carry more in inventory, Improved wrist touchscreen, and the addition of a few smaller medkits to to either help himself or others when damaged. While the MK2 is better than the MK1A and MK1B, the armor is still nowhere near as far as good as the javelin series he originally had, the Commander of the BASD, Nathan Blake, offered to help rebuild a new Javelin armor, and did so with him.

This pack comes featured with 2 weapons Rylo commonly uses in his loadouts, one being the SPR-208, which has a 35 round mag capacity, and his sidearm, the MP-48, having a 15 round magazine, both weapons were manufactured by Manticore, a PMC/weapons supplier corporation.
