I don’t know if the developers take suggestions for improvements or additions to the app but here goes. What if there is ghost nodes/stickfigures. The main idea is that a lot of animations have people or objects materializing in a straight line(Take the weapons in Genshin impact as an example). The ghost stickfigures/nodes can make a certain part of another stickfigure, a group of stickfigures or certain nodes invisible as long as its behind that ghost node. Expanding on that, there could maybe even be a function where a node is only visible when there are certain stickfigures behind it(Like when a sword or something changes color starting from the tip down to the base of the blade). Its only an idea, but I think it would make making certain animations easier. I find myself thinking of some scenes that requires an effect like this, but because of my laziness I don’t want to have the trade off of having a good effect but a simple background or having a good background but a lazy effect. This is only a suggestion, but what are your thoughts?

Yes , weβve suggested this already actually to him
Window nodes is what I like calling it
But basically a segment makes everything behind it invisible, and it could make making stuff like windows easier
Due to limitations , it seems rather not in the works for the developer , Iβll mention him in case you want to hear directly from him
@ralph
i think what you’re both stuggling to describe is known as “masking” lmao
aka you only show what is overlapped with the mask
this is a popular feature in Flash, but due to its complexity I haven’t bothered with SN, similar to layers – this would be an SN PC thing if anything
Window sounds better
Masking = 🤮🤮🤮
jokes on you
my boomer-ass browser doesn’t show emojis
It’s 3 throwing up emojis
thx
It would really make the stickfigure creating process much easier
