Layers would actually be really nice addition,
But technically you can already really… build your own layer and choose what to lock down or shade and stuff..
That or you mean something totally different
He means like flash layers
You get to work on a new frame ontop of the previous one without it being an actual second frame of an animation

layers would make SN rival flash tbh, in terms of stickfigure/simple animation
too much overhaul to add to the app as it is
